## What Frust does

Frust is a cloud cost optimization company that helps B2B SaaS and tech companies reduce their AWS spending. Frust purchases AWS Reserved Instances and Savings Plans on its own accounts, then passes the savings to clients. Clients pay a 20% success fee on savings generated — if there are no savings, there is no charge.

## How it works

1. The client deploys a read-only AWS CloudFormation stack (billing-level permissions only — no access to workloads, data, or infrastructure)
2. Frust analyzes current AWS consumption (EC2, RDS, Fargate, Lambda, etc.)
3. Frust delivers a concrete savings estimate within 48 hours
4. Frust purchases the correct Reserved Instances and Savings Plans on its own AWS accounts
5. Savings are reflected in the client's next AWS bill

Activation takes approximately 2 hours. No changes are made to the client's infrastructure.

## Security and permissions
